MBX - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, topping-up balance, or placing any order on MBX (“we,“ “our,“ “the Panel“), you (“you,“ “Client,“ “user“) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms“). If you do not agree, do not use MBX.


We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always published on the site; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


2. Account Registration & Security

  1. Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
  2. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including orders placed with any complimentary “test“ balance.
  3. Abuse or exploitation of test balance (e.g., creating multiple accounts to farm free credit) results in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Description of Services

MBX provides and resells third-party social-media marketing (“SMM“) services—e.g., followers, streams, saves, views, comments, chart-boost packages—for platforms including but not limited to Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter and others.

  • No affiliation. We are not affiliated with any platform we service.
  • No performance guarantee. We do not guarantee chart placement, retention rates, engagement ratios, or revenue impact. Numbers may fluctuate as platforms audit or remove accounts.

4. Pricing & Rate Changes

Our rates may change without notice. Orders submitted before a change retain the price shown at checkout; future orders reflect the new price list.


5. Delivery Window

  • All delivery times shown on service pages are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Orders remain “Pending“ until complete. We do not cancel or refund simply because an order is slower than estimated.

6. Refill / Replacement Warranty

Each service’s warranty (“Refill”) period is displayed in its description.


7. Refund Policy

  1. Panel-balance only. Approved refunds are credited to your MBX wallet; we do not send funds back to original payment methods unless stated in a specific service's Refund Policy.
  2. Non-refundable cases:
    -     Orders marked “Completed” that match quantities delivered.
    - Losses occurring after the refill window.
    - Bans, suspensions, or drops caused by policy changes on the target platform.

8. Abuse, Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, refuse any order, or reverse completed orders if we suspect:

  • Abuse of trial credits.
  • API scraping, platform hacking, or excessive cancel–reorder loops.
  • Chargebacks, carding, or other fraudulent activity.

Balances tied to abusive activity are forfeited.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Platform algorithm changes, audits, or bans are outside our control.
